Ying Ding

Ying Ding is an accomplished bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and academic sectors. At Xencor since April 2019, Ying has held positions from Senior Manager to Director of Bioinformatics, focusing on innovative strategies in drug development and clinical applications. Prior experience at Pfizer involved leading projects on single-cell RNA sequencing, drug resistance mechanisms, and computational analysis of multi-omics data, significantly contributing to various clinical trials. A strong academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh, as well as an undergraduate degree in Bioinformatics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Ying's technical expertise includes developing statistical methods and computational pipelines to advance cancer research and therapeutic strategies.
