Bryn Lowry is a dynamic Customer Success executive currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Xendit. With a robust background as a Senior Associate and Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Bryn has also held leadership roles at Elementum and Cloudleaf, Inc., focusing on customer success and support. In addition to their corporate roles, Bryn is an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne and serves as a Strategic Advisor at Pascal Software. Bryn earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Science from the University of Melbourne.
