Michael Behrens

Michael Behrens has had a diverse career history. In 2005, they worked as Creative Director for New Millenium Directories, where they were responsible for carrying through and overseeing the production of four telephone directories, creating and developing artwork, and managing office workflows to complete and meet the required deadlines for printing. In 2008, they were a Freight Processor at Walmart Distribution Center, providing logistical support for processing staff to successfully unload freight, working with drivers to process incoming freight on a cold receiving dock, and following safety and quality guidelines. In 2012, they were Assistant Director of Admissions at The Art Institutes, where they achieved plan goals for enrollment of new students into Bachelor and Associate degree programs through the successful recruitment of high school graduates and adult students, pre-qualified and interviewed students and families, and assisted with event planning and execution for prospective and new students. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at MusclePharm, Corporation, first as Midwest Territory Manager, driving sales and customer engagement with the MP brand, setting and achieving quarterly sales goals, and driving creativity in the sales program to increase the MP footprint; and then as Demo Rep, providing awareness of MusclePharm products through product demonstration at fitness facilities and working with the Chicago Outside Sales Representative to help procure new and potential clients to carry products as well as places for demonstrations. In 2016, they became Owner & Director of Team Illinois Volleyball. Since 2017, they have been Owner of Blu Behr Productions and Team XND Founder and Midwest Sales Rep for Xendurance.

Michael Behrens attended Western Illinois University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Communications.
