Xenial Consulting was established by Natasha and Tiggs in 2022 with a focus on simplifying the recruitment process and prioritising filling the needs of our clients and candidates over industry standard KPI’s and corporate red tape.

We have worked as a partnership in multiple different operations including corporate, boutique and start-up and felt the time was right to go at it alone. We are committed to providing an open, honest and efficient service to ensure we deliver on what we have promised.
