Our clients not only get to see their rings being made in front of them, but can also follow the progress on our Facebook and Instagram pages. From the very start our clients are involved in the process. Our complimentary 3D sketching service allows our clients to see exactly what the ring will look like when it is finished. Any modifications that are required through the manufacturing process are done free of charge. We want our clients to be in love with their jewellery and are dedicated to making that happen for them. Our helpful and friendly staff are always on hand to answer any questions that you have and most simple repairs, re-sizes and rhodium plating services can be done while you wait during normal business working hours.
