Nikit Gupta

Nikit Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Designer at Amity University, where they gained experience in designing. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Team Leader at Amity Baja Racing, managing a group of mechanical engineering students in manufacturing an off-road ATV vehicle.

In 2017, Nikit joined Mahindra Group as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, specializing in competition analysis, product optimization, and the validation of various truck and bus platforms.

Starting from 2018, Nikit worked at 91springboard, initially as part of the Founder's Office as a Business Analyst, where they supported the team with fundraising, hiring, and expansion efforts. Later, they transitioned into the role of Enterprise Sales, where they created and executed offline marketing campaigns, structured deals, and developed the B2B sales team's product roadmap.

In 2020, Nikit became a Founding Director at build3, a venture studio. Here they worked with early-stage startups, mentoring them, and building them from the idea stage. Nikit also made active investments in startups, such as Ruby's organic coffee.

Finally, in 2022, Nikit founded Xeno, a company focused on providing a CRM and Loyalty platform in the omnichannel retail space. In the Founder's Office - Strategy and Planning role, they developed standardized processes and systems to facilitate the company's scaling from a startup to a scale-up.

Nikit Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amity University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society from 2001 to 2013, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. In terms of additional certifications, Nikit obtained certifications in Risk management ISO31000 and Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 from BSI in 2016. Nikit also received certifications in Lean Management and Six Sigma Green Belt from BSI in 2015.
