Vinod Arya

Vinod Arya started their career as the Business Unit Head at M/s SAB INFOTECH LTD (STEEL STIPS GROUP) in 1999. Vinod had various responsibilities in this role, including leading a Strategic Business Unit and maintaining efficient operations.

In 2004, Vinod joined M/s Reliance Industries Ltd as a Manager and Certified SAP-HR Consultant. Vinod held this position until 2009, gaining experience in HR and consulting.

From 2009 to 2010, Vinod worked as the Vice President-HR at M/s Ganga Acrowools Ltd.

In 2010, Vinod joined M/s Isolloyd Engineering Technologies Ltd as the HEAD-HR. Vinod was responsible for recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, training and development, and HSE.

Vinod also held multiple roles at ISOLLOYD ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED from 2010 to present, including Manager and Manager-HR.

Since November 2020, Vinod has been working as the Chief People Officer at XenonStack.

Vinod Arya has a strong educational background with multiple degrees and certifications. Vinod obtained an MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed another MBA degree in Marketing from the same university from 1994 to 1996. Before pursuing their MBA degrees, Vinod Arya earned a Master of Personnel Management (MPM) from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their degrees, Vinod has obtained several certifications. These include SAP-HR, Lead Auditor-BS OHSAS - 18001, Internal Auditor (ISO:9000, ISO:14001 and BS 18001), and Green Belt -Six Sigma. These certifications were obtained from BSI, SQC & OR Unit Banglore and RIL.
