Randall Babb

Randall Babb currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at XenoPsi Ventures since February 2024. Prior to this role, Randall held the position of Associate Director of Strategic Finance at Heyday, where responsibilities included heading Brand & Marketing Finance from July 2021 to February 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Sr Manager and Manager of Strategic Finance at Reverb from 2019 to 2021, and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Paylocity from 2017 to 2019, specializing in SAAS-based HCM solutions. Earlier in the career, Randall worked at KPMG US as a Deal Advisory Senior Associate focused on financial due diligence for private equity from 2013 to 2017. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
