Borys Tkachenko

Borys Tkachenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Borys most recently worked at Lifesight as a Senior Java Engineer since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Java Software Engineer at Proxet from November 2021 to August 2022.

Before their roles as a software engineer, Borys had a long tenure at Samsung Electronics. From August 2017 to November 2021, they worked as an Engineer and Technical Lead. Borys also served as a Mobile QA Lab Leader from April 2014 to August 2017. Additionally, Borys took on the role of Team Leader for the Project Managers team, where they led a team of approximately 8-9 project managers on various projects. Their responsibilities included project coordination, negotiation with stakeholders, hiring and mentoring team members, managing customer relationships, and managing risks. Borys worked at Samsung Electronics from April 2011 to March 2014.

Borys Tkachenko began their career at HostICan as a Support/Sales Manager from January 2008 to February 2010.

Borys Tkachenko obtained a Master's degree in the Faculty of Electronics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2002 and 2008. In addition, they obtained the ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from the iSQI - International Software Quality Institute in April 2016. Borys also received an IELTS certification with a score of L: 9, R: 7, S: 7, W: 7, and a total score of 7.5 from the British Council in August 2016.
