Brad Jensen has worked in the field of Intellectual Property for over two decades. From 1995 to 2000, they worked as a Product Engineer for EIMCO Process Equipment. Brad then joined TraskBritt, P.C. in 2000 as an IP Attorney specializing in Patent and Trademark Prosecution and Enforcement. In 2008, they moved to Holland & Hart LLP, where they continued to serve in the same role. In 2018, they joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where they continued to serve as an IP Attorney specializing in Patent and Trademark Prosecution and Enforcement. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Vice President and Intellectual Property Counsel for Xenter, Inc.

Brad Jensen attended the University of Houston Law Center from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a J.D. in Law. Prior to that, they attended the University of Utah from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
