Xerad is a founder-led software and AI engineering studio in Port Moody, BC. We build and operate governed operational systems for organizations accountable to councils, boards, funders, and auditors — First Nations governments, public-sector bodies, and enterprises.

We build for environments where control matters: role-based access, multi-step approvals, and complete audit trails, on Canadian infrastructure where your data stays yours.

Representative work: for a First Nations government, we designed, built, and now operate a financial operations platform — invoice intake with AI-assisted extraction, multi-step approval routing, fund accounting that rolls up from budget lines to the general ledger and contracts, and role-based access with a full audit trail on every action. Delivered as a phased program, hosted on infrastructure the client owns.

What we build:
— AI systems that take real work off your team — extraction, intake, routing, drafting — with a human in the loop and every step logged
— Operational platforms with governance built in: roles, approvals, audit trails
— Integrations across finance, records, and correspondence so no one rekeys between tools
— Data pipelines and dashboards leadership can report from

How we work:
— We deliver as a program: discovery, phased build, training, and ongoing operations
— We build and operate what we ship — hosting, monitoring, and maintenance included
— Your data stays in Canada, and it stays yours

Start with a free discovery session: we map your workflows and the highest-leverage place to begin, and you leave with a plan — whether or not we build it. xerad.ca
