Randy Yoder is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in machine, equipment, and process design. They worked at EDS, an HP company from 1986 to 2004, serving in various engineering roles, including Manufacturing Specialist and Engineering Systems Engineer. Subsequent positions included Senior Project/Design Engineer at Belvac Production Machinery and Senior Mechanical Systems Designer at Robert Bosch LLC. Currently, Randy is a Senior Staff Engineer at Xerion Advanced Battery Corp and the Owner/Principal of YAGRE LLC, an innovation consultancy. They are also pursuing a degree in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
