Amanda Bourke has over a decade of experience in strategic insights and customer-focused initiatives, currently serving as General Manager Customer & Market Insights at Xero since September 2014, where three teams focused on small business insights, market insights, and customer feedback were established and led. Prior roles at Xero include Head of Channel Strategy and Execution, and Business Strategy Manager, contributing to the company's long-term strategy and channel growth. Previous experience includes positions at Icebreaker as Commercial Manager, NZX overseeing market surveillance, Wells Fargo as a Commercial Analyst during the Global Financial Crisis, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Business Analyst in the Strategy Group.
