Charith Haputhanthree is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as Group Engineering Manager at Xero since February 2017, Charith has also been the Founder of workroo, a digital workflow automation system for the automotive industry, since May 2019. Prior roles include Software Development Team Lead and Agile Coach at Vix Technology and various leadership positions at Amdocs - Utiba and NCSI Australia. Charith holds multiple qualifications, including a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Colombo, along with several diplomas in computer science.
