Christopher Koski is currently the Vice President of Global Compensation at Xero, leading compensation strategies for a global team of over 4,500 employees. Previously, Koski held leadership roles in global compensation at Discovery Inc. and Warner Bros. Discovery during their merger, as well as managing compensation analytics at Glu Mobile. Koski also contributed to compensation strategies at Uber, where they focused on enterprise-wide programs, and served as the Head of Compensation at both Nextdoor and Plaid. Educated at the University of Manitoba in Economics and Tulane University in Political Economy, Koski brings a wealth of experience in compensation consulting and data analysis.
