Dawn Hatch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting, finance, and technology. As a Founding Partner and Chief Accounting Officer at MATAX since November 2003, Dawn focuses on delivering cloud-based accounting solutions and AI-driven business advisory services to startups and small-to-medium businesses. Currently serving as Chief Automation Officer at GuidAInce/GuideOnce since November 2020, Dawn empowers businesses by integrating financial fundamentals with ethical AI and automation. Additionally, Dawn is a Xero Ambassador and has held previous roles including Accounting/HR Manager at Metronome Ballroom Dance Center and Accounting/HR Director at Bitmo. An educational background includes degrees from the University of California, Berkeley in Accounting and Finance, an M.F.A. from New College of California, and a B.A. from Washington State University in General Sciences.
