Dion Wise is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in the field of experience systems and design. Currently serving as the Head of Experience Systems and Head of Experience Design at Xero since May 2019, Dion is instrumental in shaping and driving design vision while focusing on creating cohesive experiences for small businesses. Previously, Dion held roles as Principal Product Designer and Digital Design Director at Xero, overseeing digital design and leading UX initiatives for the global website. Prior to joining Xero, Dion was the Owner of Lemonade Pty Ltd from April 2000 to March 2019 and worked as a Developer at OTM Brand from 1996 to 1999. Dion holds a Bachelor of Business in Computing from Deakin University and is a graduate of Melbourne High School.
