Eric Stone

Eric Stone is a VP of Technical Program Management at Xero, where they build and scale teams to enhance delivery across the organization. Prior to this role, Eric held leadership positions at companies such as Intuit and Cadence Design Systems, focusing on strategic program management and organizational rigor. Their career began as a consultant at Accenture, and they have since transformed technical program management organizations by fostering community and increasing transparency within large engineering teams. Eric holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Santa Clara University.
