Erin Smith is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Director of People and Change Communications and Communications Director at Xero since July 2016, Erin has previously held positions such as Strategic Communications Manager and Content Lead. Prior experience includes managing director at Thread Publishing, where Erin led initiatives in storytelling and brand communication, as well as freelance writing roles for notable publications like Foxtel Magazine, Women’s Fitness, and Practical Parenting. With a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia, Erin brings a strong background in journalism, content production, and integrated marketing strategies to all endeavors.
