Henry Lin

Henry Lin is a Lead Engineer at Xero, specializing in data-oriented solutions with a focus on search relevance engineering and event-based architecture. Previously, Henry has served as a Senior Software Engineer at National Australia Bank, where they worked on Elasticsearch relevance engineering and transitioned DevOps from on-premises to cloud environments. Henry also held positions as a Senior Data Consultant at IBM and a Senior Data Specialist at Data Migrators, contributing to data management in the banking and utilities sectors. They began their career as a Research Programmer at Melbourne University, developing an optical image capturing plugin for research purposes. Henry holds a Master’s in Commerce and an Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
