Jon Bell is a design leader, founder, and author with over twenty years of experience in product design. They have led teams at prominent companies, including serving as a Senior UX Design Lead for Windows Phone at Microsoft and as a Staff Product Designer at Twitter, focusing on user experience across various platforms. Jon founded two companies, UX Launchpad and Arbiter, and has published essays on design while actively mentoring others in the field. Currently, they are a Principal Product Designer at Xero and pursuing a Master of Design at Victoria University of Wellington.
