Sam Sutton

Sam Sutton currently serves as the Head of Sales Operations for the UK and Emerging Markets at Xero, where the focus is on supporting Sales Teams and GTM Functions to aid small business owners and their communities. Prior to this role, Sam was a member of RevOps Co-op and worked at Pearson as the Director of Revenue Operations, where a new RevOps function was established to integrate multiple acquisitions in the Enterprise Space. In previous positions at Pearson, Sam also built a Sales Enablement function and managed the Science and Humanities department. Early career roles included Sales Manager and Business Development Manager positions at RM plc and Pinacl Solutions UK Ltd, respectively, with a proven track record in sales excellence and team leadership. Sam holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Newcastle University.
