Subsequently, Simon held a series of impactful roles at Medibank from April 2014 to June 2015, overseeing strategic initiatives and product management within the corporate portfolio. At Xero, Simon has been instrumental in operations and customer portfolio management, serving as Director of Operations - APAC from May 2022 to May 2024, and previously as General Manager - Customer Portfolio Management from August 2020 to June 2022, leading business operations across global sales and marketing functions.
