Sofia Woods

Sofia Woods is an accomplished Product Design Director at Xero, where contributions include acting as GM (VP) of Product Design and holding the title of Product Design Principal since June 2021. Previously, Sofia served as Lead Consultant in Product and Design at ThoughtWorks and as Senior Experience Designer at NTT Ltd. Notable experience also includes being Product Design Lead at Nimble Australia Pty Ltd and founding Shortie Designs, focusing on strategic design and digital strategy. Sofia's academic involvement includes tutoring at Queensland University of Technology and co-organizing WordCamp Brisbane. Public speaking engagements cover topics in web design and product development.
