Sylvia Ding is an accomplished leader with a diverse international career spanning telco, e-commerce, digital, SaaS, and AI/ML technology industries. Currently serving as SVP and Executive General Manager at Xero, Sylvia manages the global Accounting & Bookkeeping and Payroll businesses while also participating in the company's leadership team. Previously, Sylvia held significant roles at Amazon, including Chief of Staff to the President of Amazon China and Country Manager for Amazon Alexa in Australia and New Zealand. Sylvia is also a Board Trustee for the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra and completed an MBA at London Business School.
