Tom Brouchoud

Tom Brouchoud serves as a Global Talent Partner at Xero since December 2024, focusing on talent acquisition for Revenue and Marketing teams. Prior to this role, Tom has been self-employed as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, delivering strategic recruitment services across various sectors. Tom's previous experience includes serving as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Egnyte, where collaboration with the CEO facilitated the recruitment of high-level positions, and as Head of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Proofpoint, where the candidate sourcing function was established. Tom also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition for Symantec's Consumer Division, leading efforts to attract top talent. Tom holds a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BFA in Computer Modeling and Animation from the Academy of Art University.
