Tom Hilton

Tom Hilton is an experienced product manager with a robust background in building and leading product teams across various companies. Tom's career journey includes pivotal roles at Tyro Payments as a Senior Product Manager, where product lines were developed from the ground up, and at BeeCastle as Head of Product and Co-founder, contributing to the creation of a strong and impactful product. Previous experiences include managing programs at Camp Australia, conducting strategic analysis at Forethought Research, and participating in the Telstra Graduate Program, where Tom engaged in diverse roles, including product and marketing at Belong Broadband. Currently, Tom serves as a Senior Product Manager at Xero. Tom holds a Master of Commerce with First Class Honours in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce, combining a focus on marketing and psychology from the University of Melbourne.
