Eppe Rust

Eppe Rust has over three decades of experience in various roles focused on employment assistance and support for individuals with special needs. Beginning a career as an Arbeidsconsulent at Arbeidsvoorziening from 1990 to 1998, Eppe transitioned to roles including Adviseur Werk en Inkomen at CWI, Jobcoach positions at KLIQ and Wezo Flex BV, and a lengthy tenure as a Begeleider Gehandicapten at Wie zorgt B.V. Since 2010, Eppe has also engaged in volunteer work with Stichting de Ulebelt, assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Additionally, Eppe is an accomplished Jobcoach, providing guidance to various clients, and has developed workshops for volunteers. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Labour Provision from Rijkshogeschool IJsselland and post-graduate certification as a Jobcoach from Elan Training. Current roles include Service Medewerker at Xerox and Begeleider Nachtzorg at Trajectum LVB.
