Jonathan Leaper

Jonathan Leaper is an accomplished executive at Xerox, with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Client Services Delivery Operations (EMEA) and Global Service Experience Center since January 2013. Jonathan oversees all delivery operations in the EMEA region, focusing on outsourcing and technical services, as well as managing the Global Service Experience Contact Centre. Prior roles include Director of Large Enterprise Service Delivery and Professional Services, where responsibilities encompassed European service delivery and managing over 1200 outsourced contracts within a large team of 5000 professionals. Jonathan's extensive experience at Xerox also includes leadership positions in service delivery, transition management, global accounts, marketing, and sales.
