Rick Born

Rick Born is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and software development. Currently, as a Senior Systems Engineer at Xerox since June 2021, Rick supports development, training, and application enhancements for the EIP platform. Prior roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Randstad USA from August 2017 to June 2021, where Rick contributed to software development in C# and JavaScript, and provided training on the Xerox EIP platform. Rick also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Conduent, focusing on business process automation, and as Principal Architect at Nuance Communications. Early career experiences at Xerox included various engineering roles, as well as customer service and technical support for mid-volume copiers. Rick holds a Master's degree in Computer Security and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, along with an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
