Simon Bell has over three decades of experience in operations and customer service management, primarily with Xerox since January 1990, where roles have included UK Partner Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Customer Service Delivery Manager, Product Technical Specialist, and Customer Service Engineer. Prior to Xerox, Simon worked as a Test Engineer at Ferranti Ltd from June 1986 to December 1989. Simon holds a Higher National Diploma in Applied Physics with Electronics from Bell College of Technology in Hamilton, obtained between 1983 and 1986, and completed secondary education at Knightswood Secondary School in Glasgow from 1978 to 1983.
