Tom Deady

Tom Deady is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems administration and technical services. Currently serving as the Manager of Systems Administration at UMass Memorial Medical Center since July 2015, Tom also holds a similar position at Xerox since March 2013. Previous roles include Desktop Services Manager at ACS, IT Manager at Fidelity Investments, and Manager of IT Support and Infrastructure at Alkermes, Inc. Additionally, Tom has held directorial positions in technical services at Commerce.TV and Glenayre/Open Development Corp. Tom's career began with technical support roles at Telco Systems. Tom earned an ASEE in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a BSEE in Operations Management from Northeastern University.
