Ben Chang

Ben Chang began their career as a Recruiter at Randstad Canada in May 2018. Ben worked in this role until January 2019. In September 2018, they temporarily took on another Recruiter position at Randstad Canada.

In January 2019, Ben joined PlanIT Search as an IT Recruiter, focusing on Government Services. Ben worked in this role until July 2022.

In July 2022, Ben transitioned to Xerris, an Accolite Digital Company, where they currently serve as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. Their employment at Xerris began in July 2022 and continues to the present time.

Ben Chang completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kaohsiung Medical University from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management at Georgian College, which they completed in 2018.
