Kevin Rayner

Kevin Rayner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Xerxes, a Mattr Company, Kevin holds P&L accountability for the organization. Previously, in roles at Mattr and Shawcor, Kevin led global operations, manufacturing, and supply chain management while overseeing significant operational oversight and management responsibilities. Kevin's diverse background includes leadership positions in supply chain management, IT operations, and human resources in companies such as Pipeline Performance Products and Barrday Inc. Kevin holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
