Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Currently at Xevo Inc. since October 2015, Lauren previously held roles at Toyota Motors North America as a resident engineer and at UIE Japan as a software engineer, where significant contributions included designing an application framework that became foundational for UIEvolution Corp. Lauren's early career involved positions at BSquare and Teleca Japan, where expertise in developing testing protocols and device drivers for major Japanese cellular manufacturers was demonstrated. Lauren holds a Doctor of Law degree from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Linguistics with a Japanese focus from Georgetown University.
