Tracy Scott is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the software and business sectors. As CTO and Co-founder of XEYEX since January 2012, Tracy has played a pivotal role in developing cloud-based practice management software for retail opticians, contributing to significant growth since its launch. Tracy holds multiple leadership positions within Scottish Women in Business, including Honorary President, President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Minutes Secretary, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement. Additionally, as Technical Lead for TEDxGlasgow from February 2017 to June 2018, Tracy facilitated the dissemination of ideas through local events. Early career experience at BSkyB spanned from December 1999 to January 2012, where Tracy advanced from Training Designer to Senior Learning Technology Developer, leading the creation of a comprehensive Learning Management System for over 40,000 users.

It is an easy to use solution offering: patient management, easy to use appointment diary, recall letter/ sms/ email generation and electronic point of sale among it's features. The system, has been developed from the ground up to run in the cloud and sits on an infrastructure designed to keep running in the event of server failure, this includes highly available database clusters and load balanced web servers.
