Experience Futures (XF) is a new kind of think tank and product studio that helps organizations use AI with intention.

As AI systems become more powerful and embedded, the question is no longer whether technology will change the world, but how people will shape that change. We exist to help individuals, organizations, and ecosystems navigate this shift with intention, responsibility, and care.

Our work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and human judgment, grounded in real practice across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Offerings

The thinking developed at XF shows up in different forms across sectors. These efforts are independent, but philosophically aligned:

• Intentional Technology — Training that reduces risk by helping individuals and teams develop practical judgment around AI, focusing on decision-making, values, and responsibility

• xf.app — A platform that acts as the control layer for AI experiences allowing nonprofits and other organizations to create conversational tools with transparency, control, and human oversight

• xf.works —  An AI-first consultancy that believes technology should be shaped to fit the people who use it. We design creative systems that help businesses and brands transform with intention in an AI-driven world.

Background

Founded in 2021, XF has worked with a collective network of leaders and collaborators from organizations including IBM, MetLife, Bloomberg, Estée Lauder, UNHCR, Digitunity, NationSwell, and others. Our work has been supported by the Roddenberry Foundation.
