Richard Kass is currently the Associate Director of Studio at Xfinity Creative, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Richard served as a Senior Project Manager at Wilson from 2016 to 2017, leading the planning and delivery of various advertising projects. Richard also held roles as Studio Manager at Good Kid (A Comcast Venture) and as a Resource Manager at Geometry Global, where they managed resources and workflow across multiple departments. Early in their career, Richard gained experience as a Tutor at Inspirica Tutors, Ltd. from 1998 to 2006 and worked as a Proofreader for advertising agencies in 2010-2011. Richard is pursuing a Master of Arts in Theater at the Actors Studio Drama School/New School for Drama and has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Theater Arts from Cornell University.
