Dave R. is an experienced entrepreneur and founder who has worked in various companies throughout their career. Dave started X-Team in 2006 with a focus on valuing people. In 2011, they founded XWP, and in 2004, they started XHTMLIZED, where they emphasized building virtual teams and remote working. Dave also worked as an investor at X-Company starting in 2014. Earlier in their career, they founded Flywire Pty Ltd, a company that involved diverse businesses. Dave had a role as a flash developer and globetrotting evangelist at Macromedia. Lastly, they worked as a user experience designer at Icon Medialab during the dot com boom, where they gained experience in human-computer interaction.
Dave R. began their education at St Leonard's College in 1995, where they attended for one year. Dave then went on to study at Swinburne University of Technology from 1998 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Technology. Later, in 2002 and 2003, they pursued a Master's Degree in Education Technology at the University of Southern Queensland.
