Riyas has worked in the IT recruitment field since 2013. In 2013, they worked as an Outbound Customer Service Representative for Zealous Services/ Bright Call Center Services. In 2016, they began working for Reveille Technologies, Inc. as an IT Recruiter. Riyas'srole included sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing qualified candidates. In 2018, Riyas moved to Lorven Technologies Inc. as an IT Recruiter. Finally, in 2019, they joined Xforia Technology Solutions and Staffing as a Sr. IT Recruiter.

Riyas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Computer Application's from Bharathidasan University. Additionally, in March 2021, Riyas obtained a certification in Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn.
