Suresh Kumar has been in the recruitment industry since 2015. Suresh started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Collab Infotech, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates and understanding tax terms and visas. In 2017, they moved to Urbane Systems LLC as an IT Recruiter, providing recruiting support to various clients of the United States. In 2018, they joined KRG Technologies Inc. as a Senior IT Recruiter, managing the full life-cycle recruitment process. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter at Resolve Tech Solutions. Currently, they are working as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Xforia Technology Solutions and Services.

Suresh Kumar earned a Diploma of Education in Information Technology from Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya between 2009 and 2012. Suresh then went on to earn a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from RVS College of Engineering and Technology between 2012 and 2015.
