Cátia Barroco

Cátia Barroco has a diverse work experience starting with an internship as a Web Developer at xgeeks since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer at Viatel - Tecnologia de Comunicações, S.A. between May 2019 and September 2021. Before joining Viatel, Cátia had another engineering role at HEN - Serviços Energéticos, Lda from November 2015 to May 2019. Cátia also completed a professional internship at Sky4You between August 2015 and November 2015.

Cátia Barroco attended Escola Superior de Tecnologia de Castelo Branco from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in renewable energy engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including SheCodes React, SheCodes Plus, SheCodes Responsive, and SheCodes Basics from SheCodes, all obtained in 2022. Cátia also holds certifications in HTML5 [40 Horas], Curso HTML5 e CSS3: módulo 1, 2 [80 HORAS], and Python 3 – Mundo 1, 2 e 3 [120 Horas] from Curso em Video, all obtained in 2021. Prior to these certifications, Cátia obtained the Auditor ISO 50001 certification in September 2018 and the Perito CMVP certification from ADENE - Agência para a Energia in June 2018.
