Celso Marques

Celso Marques has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Celso is currently working as a Software Engineer at xgeeks, where they have contributed to various teams and projects in the automotive industry, including internationalizing customer-facing applications, supporting a subscription system, and contributing to e-commerce journey services. Prior to this, Celso worked at ProjectBox as a Full Stack Developer from 2015 to 2020. During their time there, they primarily worked on Ruby on Rails web applications, with a focus on server-side rendering. One of their notable projects was a house blueprint drawer tool that utilized the Three.js library to generate a 3D preview. Before ProjectBox, Celso worked at AUTO.NET as a Full Stack Developer in 2013, where they developed PHP web applications using the Laravel framework and MySQL databases. Celso also worked on Bootstrap and jQuery for the client side. One of the projects they contributed to at AUTO.NET was ETER9, a social network with the concept of generating content on behalf of each user. Prior to this, Celso worked at BoomSell in 2013 as a Full Stack Developer, where they developed a module to integrate with the BoomSell platform, utilizing multiple API services from social networks to calculate users' influence based on their activity and connections.

Celso Marques attended Escola Secundária de Emídio Navarro from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus in Computer and Information Sciences. Celso then pursued further education at Instituto Politécnico de Viseu from 2009 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
