Robert Mueller, CPA, CMA, MBA, currently serves as COO and CFO at XGEN AI, beginning in July 2024. With extensive experience, Mueller is also a committee member of the Technology Leadership Team at CPA Ontario since February 2019. Previously, Mueller held various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Level Access and eSSENTIAL Accessibility, where eSSENTIAL Accessibility focused on providing Accessibility-as-a-Service. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Coinsquare and co-founding SRS Solutions and Tulip Retail, the latter raising over $50M in venture funding. Further finance roles include Director of Finance at Well.ca and finance positions at BlackBerry and IBM. Mueller holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University.
