紫茵 罗

紫茵 罗 has work experience as a Solution Engineer at Cloudwise starting from October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Presales Consultant at Shanghai Xiaoi Robot Technology Co. Ltd since July 2018. In their role as a Presales Consultant, they were responsible for providing consultancy support for domestic and Hong Kong projects, focusing on products like Text-based Chatbot, Voicebot, Smart Knowledgebase, and more.

紫茵 罗 obtained a Bachelor's degree in Photoelectric Information Science Engineering from Shantou University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have also received several certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2021, Apsara Clouder专项技能认证：实现调用API接口 from Alibaba Cloud in July 2020, PMP from Project Management Institute in July 2019, and Alibaba Cloud Apsara Clouder Artificial Intelligence for Voicebot Technology in August 2019.
