Chen Yan

Chen Yan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development across the Latin American market. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Sales Director for Latam ecosystem at Xiaomi Technology since December 2018, Chen previously held the position of Director of Business Development at DHgate.com, where the focus was on developing new business models in Latin America. Prior experience includes significant roles at Huawei Technologies, including Account Director and Commercial Account Manager, where Chen was instrumental in leading teams to secure key projects and manage high-value accounts across the region. Earlier in the career, Chen served as Bidding Manager at UTStarcom and worked as a Software Engineer. Chen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Southeast University.
