Claus Groll has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having worked for BMW Group from 2001 to 2025 in functional integration for vehicle dynamics. Previously, they were involved in calibrating vehicle stability systems at AUDI AG between 1997 and 2001. Currently, Claus serves as the Head of Vehicle Dynamics at the Xiaomi EV Europe R&D Center, a position they have held since 2025.
