Derrick Ai

Derrick Ai is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Xiaomi Technology since July 2025, focusing on regional recruitment in the East Asia market, including Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, and Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to this role, Derrick held positions at Amazon and JC Consulting, as well as serving as a Senior Consultant at REForce Group, where responsibilities included bridging the gap between employers in the Retail & Luxury industry and job-seeking candidates, managing the recruitment process, and developing long-term client relationships. Derrick holds a Master’s Degree in International Marketing from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from BHMS Business & Hotel Management School.
