Isabel Yang

Isabel Yang is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in managing logistics and operations across leading technology companies. Currently serving as the MI Store Supply Chain Director at Xiaomi since June 2012, Isabel is responsible for establishing a smart supply chain management system that integrates online and offline retail, enhancing product management efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previously, Isabel held roles including Service Parts Director, where responsibilities included supply chain management for MI store, and Senior Manager overseeing service strategic planning and operation management for service parts centers. Earlier experience at Motorola Mobility from August 1998 to May 2012 encompassed value-added service logistics operation management and supervisory roles in logistics and customer management. Isabel holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Beijing Aeronautic & Astronautic University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
