Jakob Lukosch

Jakob Lukosch is the Head of CMF Design at Xiaomi EV Europe, where they lead the creation of color, material, and finish strategies. Previously, as a Lead CMF Designer at NIO, Jakob developed holistic design solutions and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Jakob also held roles as a Senior Industrial Designer at BSH Home Appliances Group and as an Industrial Designer at Urban Outfitters, where they contributed to the design and development of luxury appliances and consumer electronics, respectively. Their career began as an Associate Industrial Designer at Rudolph Schelling Webermann, where they honed their skills in user experience and concept development. Jakob is currently pursuing both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Design & Media and Industrial and Product Design from Hochschule Hannover.
